Tim McGraw + Faith Hill Release “The Rest Of Our Life” on 21st Wedding Anniversary

Tim McGraw  and Faith Hill are no strangers to successful music, careers, and marriage! The two Country Music Legends just celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary in a big way!

Not only did Tim + Faith release their new single “The Rest Of Our Life,” but they also announced details about their collaborative album together, of the same name which will be out November 17! “The Rest Of Our Life” was co-written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid, and Steve Mac.

Tim + Faith admitted they were nervous to hear the song since it was being pitched by Sheeran, who has built up a pretty big name for himself and has been topping all of the charts! They told Radio 1 they didn’t want to not like the song, which happens sometimes when they get pitched one. However, there was no need to worry, because pretty much anything Sheeran writes is gold and they instantly connected with the song, saying it’s how they felt when they decided to get married.

Exclusive: Listen to Luke Underhill’s EP ‘The Left Side’ Before It’s Release!

Pop Music is noticeably lacking in true depth from singer/songwriters in today’s music industry. Ed Sheeran blasted onto the scene with a little help from Taylor Swift to pave the way for him here in the USA when she took him on The Red Tour. He has become one of the biggest artists of today, selling massive records and he can play to stadiums with a single guitar and heartfelt lyrics. While he might seem like a phenomenon, there are other gems, just like him, waiting to be found.

Enter Luke Underhill, the 21-year-old Chicago Based singer/songwriter has a sound and a vision that’s unlike the other music in the Pop industry right now. His EP The Left Side allows listeners to dance to the music, while also receiving lyrics that mean something. They aren’t words that just sound fun, or little one liner phrases tied together set to a hip beat. The industry is changing and it needs artists like Underhill to give back quality music. Music that not only lets you feel good but taps into emotions. We need more strong male artists to be the voice of today’s generation.

Luke Underhill shared the excitement about his EP The Left Side with Variety Beat:

 Working on this album was unlike any other. I’ve done projects in the past, but that’s all they ever were; projects. This album was nothing less than an experience. As I was writing for this album, I knew from the beginning that it would be different than anything else I’ve done so far. I had big plans from the start. A different sound, a different feel, a different point of view in every way. None of it could have been achieved without the magic that is Mikal Blue and everyone at Revolver Studios. From my first day arriving at that studio, it immediately felt like home. Mikal Blue captured my sound and the feel I wanted just by getting to know who I was as a person, and who I was influenced by. He’s absolutely outstanding at what he does, and I’ve never been so comfortable with anyone as I was with Mikal and the Revolver team.

Taylor Swift Wrote Ed Sheeran’s ‘Time 100’s Most Influental People’ Dedication

Talk about BFF goals, Taylor Swift was chosen to write the entry honoring Ed Sheeran as he was selected to be one of ‘Time 100’s Most Influental People‘ list. Swift herself was named one of Time 100’s Most Influental People in 2015 and her entry was written by Mariska Hargitay.

Swift helped launch Sheeran’s Global success when she invited him to be on her Sold out worldwide Red Tour back in 2013. Sheeran also shared a duet with the Pop superstar on her album Red called “Everything Has Changed” which the two sang every night together on tour!

Swift’s dedication to Sheeran for Time 100 read as follows:

Ed Sheeran Says Taylor Swift Will Probably Release an Album in Time For Christmas!

Looks like it’s going to be a Merry Swiftmas after all! Taylor Swift hasn’t mentioned anything about new music, other than her releases through other artists. We know she has written songs, because that’s just in her DNA. We can probably assume she’s written an abundance of songs seeing as how she is giving them away. Calvin Harris released one of her hits early last year with “This Is What You Came For” and Little Big Town just scored two weeks at #1 with “Better Man.”

Ed Sheeran took a break from social media for over a year to focus on what matters, living life and being with his girlfriend. That’s true love right there! He’s also always been one to give us the details we want to hear, including when Swift might be releasing new music.

The fact he can mention her dropping an album, clearly means she has been working on one, it is long overdue with releases previously in October and November. Sheeran says Christmas would be a good time to release for Swift as that’s when people are buying up albums.

I think this year is going to be the high point. I have a feeling about it. Seventeen is my lucky number, and everyone I was scared of releasing of albums around me released them all last year – people like Beyoncé and The Weekend and Bruno Mars.

Ok, cue the freak outs!! We’ve been dying for a new Swift album and if “Better Man” is anything like what the album promises then it’s going to be solid gold! Better start saving now!!

4 Years Ago Today, Taylor Swift Released Her 4th Studio Album, ‘Red.’

It’s hard to believe that Taylor Swift‘s 4th studio album, Red has been out for four years! It’s even harder to believe we don’t have a 6th studio album… but more on that another time!

Red was the last album Swift released as a Country Artist and it was the highest first week sales in Country Album history!  It debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, giving Swift her third consecutive chart topper in the US. Its first week sales of 1.21 million was the third biggest debut in history for a female artist and became the fastest-selling album in over a decade.

Red gave us some of the best songs ever written and earned Swift two GRAMMY nominations. Not to mention, the best GRAMMY performance of all time.

Red has sold over 6 million copies worldwide. It also contained a collaboration with Ed Sheeran and Gary Lightbody. Swift has only collaborated one other time, on her sophomore album, Fearless with Colbie Caillat.

Swift will be performing her only concert of 2016 today in Austin Texas! She will be performing some songs off Red, for sure “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and more than likely “I Knew You Were Trouble.”
