Some fans got quite the surprise on Sunday, June 12th at CMAfest when Luke Bryan surprised the crowd at the Chevrolet display where they were doing Luke Bryan Chevrolet car karaoke! It was all a part of the announcement that was made on Friday June 10th that Bryan will be taking over as the brand ambassador for Chevrolet! The pervious ambassador was Kid Rock.
This isn’t the first time Bryan has joined up with Chevrolet, earlier this year he participated in the company’s #dayitforward campaign when he surprised one of the fire stations in Franklin, TN with lunch! Over the course of the next 3 years Bryan will team up with the company for a variety of projects.
“Partnering with Luke Bryan is a natural fit for Chevrolet. Our customers loved country music, and Chevy has always held a special place with the genre.”
Chevrolet U.S. vice President of marketing Paul Edwards said
“Chevy has been a part of our family and a part of our work life on the farm for as long as I can remember. If you were a Bryan, you drove a Chevy. I am so excited about this partnership and I’m honored to be representing such a wonderful brand.”
Bryan said of Chevrolet that it is a natural fit for him.
Chevrolet will also be the primary sponsor for Bryan’s annual Farm Tour which will kick off its 8th year this fall. Like past years, this year will once again support the scholarship fund that benefits students from farming families in the rural areas that Bryan performs in. One thing that is new this year Bryan will be releasing an EP for the Farm Tour much like what he used to do for his Spring Break shows! The EP will be called Luke Bryan Farm Tour….Here’s To The Farmer. It will be available on September 23rd,2016! Each Farm Tour stop will have special merchandise for each show, see LukeBryan.com for details!
All presale tickets for Bryan’s Fan Club, the Nut House, as well as Citi cardholders, begins June 21st at 10:00 a.m. local time for all shows. Tickets for the general public go on sale beginning June 24th.
