Taylor Swift’s Dancer, Christian Owens is “Lover” Music Video Actor!

WOAH! Talk about a moment in the spotlight and not just on stage! Taylor Swift frequently uses her dancers and even band members in her music videos, but Christian Owens is getting his own special moment to shine. Owens has been with Swift on the last couple of tours, starting with 1989. Her dancers have also appeared in her music videos for the Lover era including “Me!” and ” You Need To Calm Down.”

The “Lover” music video however marks the first time a dancer has been featured as a love interest! Judging by the thumbnail for the video and the lyrics of the song, this is going to be one steamy close up!

You’ve seen Owens heating up the stage with Swift and here’s a look back at the Rep tour, where he clearly holds a special place in Swift’s heart! Was the “King of my Heart” performance foreshadowing what was to come?

It is also wonderful that instead of going with a well known model or actor, she is giving the change for her dancers to prove they have a lot more to offer and are versatile in many different roles!

Swift has always been one to give others their moment to shine and this will surely continue to open up more doors for Owens in the future.

Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann Really Love Taylor Swift, Who Can Blame Them?

Just a few weeks ago, someone tweeted they saw Judd Apatow and his wife Leslie Mann, at a restaurant but just admired from afar and didn’t want to interrupt. Apatow replied “That was very kind of you. You would have interrupted a long conversation about the quest to acquire Taylor Swift tickets.”

It’s no surprise, they ended up attending the concert while in London, as fans quickly spread the news they wanted to attend. The couple really seemed to enjoy the show and Apatow even posted a video of his wife dancing and singing right before Swift took the stage! They had special seating in Club Olivia!

It isn’t Apatow’s first Swift concert, in fact it seems he seems to go every tour! It seems as if Swift is his and Mann’s daughter! He tweeted a picture of the three of them during the Red Tour that said “Leslie and I are so proud of our new daughter @taylorswift13 .”

He’s been tweeting about Swift for years, the admiration is beautiful and humorous. In 2011 someone asked if his daughter’s knew the level of privilege they enjoyed and he replied “I would ask them, but they are with Taylor Swift.”

He even attended the 1989 Tour with his daughters!

He praises Swift’s performances and is really rooting her on. If there was any doubt he would get tickets to the Reputation Tour, all he had to do was ask. Luckily the fans did that for him!

Maybe they really are related! 🙂
