Tyler Farr Returns From Vocal Rest With New Music On The Way!

Just months after having to put his career on hold due to a Polyp on his vocal chords, Tyler Farr is back to touring and in the studio! Farr announced the heartbreaking news in late January of this year, that he would have to pull out of The Life Off My Years tour with Lee Brice.

He underwent surgery soon after and was on vocal rest. After months of recovery he made his return to music in a big way, he put on a free show at tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville on May 15th where he used to be a bouncer. Since then he’s played a few shows around Nashville including The Peach Pickers Georgia on my Mind Benefit and CMA Fest. Farr is now back on the road, playing festivals and he recently joined Brad Paisley’s Life Amplifed  tour

Now that Farr is off vocal rest and  back to singing he’s shared some exciting news with fans! New music is on the way, and it’s being produced by a familiar face – Jason Aldean. Aldean took to Instagram to share a snap shot from the studio when he revealed that him and his long time band members, Tully Kennedy, Rich Redmond and Kurt Allison are producing Farr’s next album!

At the Taste Of Country festival Farr let it slip that he and Aldean are working on some sort of reality show together. Aldean is also a groomsman in Farr’s upcoming wedding to Hannah Freeman. Farr was an opening act on Aldean’s tour for 2 years, and the two singers struck up a close friendship!

Farr has also partnered with Old Milwaukee Beer for his tour dates thru the end of 2016. He will also take part in Orlando’s Night Of Healing and Country Music on June 21st
