Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum is about to release her solo album projects she’s been working on with her family Love Remains. The album is set to be released July 29 and was recently plugged by Boyz II Men after a Billboard article came out saying Scott has been influenced by their music!
The lead single “Thy Will” has been making powerful waves through the music community as Scott shared the inspiration behind the song had to do with her miscarriage. Although Scott is a Country Artists, she is making a faith based album with her family! The songs so far have truly been inspiring, encouraging and uplifting.

Hillary Scott of GRAMMY winning trio Lady Antebellum took to her Instagram Monday morning to announce that she will be releasing an album with her family titled Love Remains on July 29! Scott released the lead single “Thy Will” in April, and had teased a project with her whole family for some time.
The music video for “Thy Will” is similar to a mini movie and gives the audience an even deeper understanding of the song. It takes place in a picture perfect forest and a log cabin. Scott is shown in a simple white dress walking through a cabin and then out into the woods where she’s following a rope. She follows the rope filled with knots and begins to untie them. Almost as if she wants the problems to have never happened. Towards the end she goes back to the rope and puts the knots back in… Almost as if to believe that everything happens for a reason and it’s not our will but God’s will.
Scott’s husband Chris Tyrrell and their daughter Eisele Kaye Tyrrell are also in the video. There’s a hint of a lost baby very briefly, which is what inspired the song. The video tells a story of a person’s struggle to understand why tragic things happen and about continuing to believe that God as a bigger plan.
Scott appeared on Good Morning America Monday morning as well to tell the story of why she wrote “Thy Will” Scott revealed that she suffered a miscarriage last fall and that was one of the reason she had started on this journey of making this album of hymns with her family.
For now Scott is back to touring with Lady Antebellum, but is doing a lot of press for her new project. Fans can look forward to the new music from Scott very soon! It’s a great way to showcase her voice apart from the songs she does with Lady A.
